بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
[1]أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ .
[1]Hast thou observed him who belieth religion?
[2]فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ .
[2]That is he who repelleth the orphan,
[3]وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ .
[3]And urgeth not the feeding of the needy.
[4]فَوَيْلٌۭ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ .
[4]Ah, woe unto worshippers
[5]ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ .
[5]Who are heedless of their prayer;
[6]ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ .
[6]Who would be seen (at worship)
[7]وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ .
[7]Yet refuse small kindnesses!
