Surah Al Balad, it's arabic original name: سُورَةُ البَلَدِ. It's the surah "chapter" number 90 in the mashaf sharif "Holly Quran" and it has 20 Ayahs "verses", Surah Al-Balad "The City" was reveled in Meccan.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
[1]لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ .
[1]Nay, I swear by this city -
[2]وَأَنتَ حِلٌّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ .
[2]And thou art an indweller of this city -
[3]وَوَالِدٍۢ وَمَا وَلَدَ .
[3]And the begetter and that which he begat,
[4]لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِى كَبَدٍ .
[4]We verily have created man in an atmosphere:
[5]أَيَحْسَبُ أَن لَّن يَقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌۭ .
[5]Thinketh he that none hath power over him?
[6]يَقُولُ أَهْلَكْتُ مَالًۭا لُّبَدًا .
[6]And he saith: I have destroyed vast wealth:
[7]أَيَحْسَبُ أَن لَّمْ يَرَهُۥٓ أَحَدٌ .
[7]Thinketh he that none beholdeth him?
[8]أَلَمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُۥ عَيْنَيْنِ .
[8]Did We not assign unto him two eyes
[9]وَلِسَانًۭا وَشَفَتَيْنِ .
[9]And a tongue and two lips,
[10]وَهَدَيْنَٰهُ ٱلنَّجْدَيْنِ .
[10]And guide him to the parting of the mountain ways?
[11]فَلَا ٱقْتَحَمَ ٱلْعَقَبَةَ .
[11]But he hath not attempted the Ascent -
[12]وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْعَقَبَةُ .
[12]Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Ascent is! -
[13]فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ .
[13](It is) to free a slave,
[14]أَوْ إِطْعَٰمٌۭ فِى يَوْمٍۢ ذِى مَسْغَبَةٍۢ .
[14]And to feed in the day of hunger.
[15]يَتِيمًۭا ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ .
[15]An orphan near of kin,
[16]أَوْ مِسْكِينًۭا ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍۢ .
[16]Or some poor wretch in misery,
[17]ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلْمَرْحَمَةِ .
[17]And to be of those who believe and exhort one another to perseverance and exhort one another to pity.
[18]أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْمَيْمَنَةِ .
[18]Their place will be on the right hand.
[19]وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا هُمْ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْمَشْـَٔمَةِ .
[19]But those who disbelieve Our revelations, their place will be on the left hand.
[20]عَلَيْهِمْ نَارٌۭ مُّؤْصَدَةٌۢ .
[20]Fire will be an awning over them.
